Director
David was the Co-founder and principle Shareholder of Great Bear Distribution Ltd. The business, which was founded in 1994, grew into one of the largest and most successful businesses in the sector.
Great Bear was acquired by The Muller group in 2016 and David went on to establish Coda Investments. David has a wealth of experience specialising in executive mentoring, business strategy, property and legal affairs.
Outside of work David enjoys playing golf and travelling.

Mark was the Business Development Director and a Shareholder of Great Bear Distribution Ltd. Prior to joining Great Bear, Mark held a number of senior roles within the food industry.
Mark’s experience is in business development, marketing, change management, manufacturing, information technology, logistics and project management.
Outside of work Mark enjoys swimming and watching Liverpool FC.

Richard was the Financial Controller, Company Secretary and a Shareholder of Great Bear Distribution Ltd.
A Chartered Accountant, he qualified with Touche Ross in Liverpool, now part of Deloitte, more years ago than he can remember.
At Coda Investments Richard is responsible for the accounting function and financial compliance of a range of businesses in a variety of business sectors.
Outside of work Richard enjoys watching most sports, is fanatical about cricket and, as a pianist and organist, often accompanies choirs and soloists.
